None = 0

None of the actions below.

Print = 1

Print the document; at low quality only, unless PrintHighQuality is also set.

Modify = 2

Change the document in ways that Annotate, FillForms and Assemble don't cover.

Copy = 4

Copy or extract text and graphics.

Annotate = 8

Add and change annotations and fill in form fields; with Modify, also add form fields.

FillForms = 16

Fill in form fields and sign the document, even when Annotate isn't set.

ExtractForAccessibility = 32

Extract text and graphics for a screen reader or similar tool, even without Copy.

Assemble = 64

Insert, rotate and delete pages and add bookmarks and thumbnails, even without Modify.

PrintHighQuality = 128

Print at full quality; without it, Print allows only a low-quality print.
