Fields

Text = 0

A box the user types text into.

Checkbox = 1

A check box, on or off.

RadioButton = 2

A set of radio buttons, of which at most one is on.

PushButton = 3

A button that runs an action when pressed and holds no value.

ComboBox = 4

A drop-down list of choices, which takes typed text too when Editable.

ListBox = 5

A scrolling list of choices.

Signature = 6

A field that holds a digital signature.

Unknown = 7

A field whose type is missing or isn't one PDF defines.
