CidSystemInfo = 0A Type 0 font's CIDSystemInfo names a different character collection from its CMap's.
CidToGidMap = 1An embedded TrueType-based CID font has no CIDToGIDMap from its CIDs to its glyphs.
CmapNotEmbedded = 2A Type 0 font's CMap is neither embedded nor one of the CMaps every reader has built in.
CmapWritingMode = 3An embedded CMap's dictionary and data give different writing modes (WMode).
