Text color and outline color, path fill and stroke colors, the color an image mask paints with, the hash of what a shading painted with sh draws, a page's default color spaces, the color of text typed into form fields, annotation, widget and bookmark colors, blend modes and rendering intents. Also a layout attribute's colors in the other-attributes= hash.

FontNames = 18

The font of each text run in the layout section, and of text typed into form fields.

FontSizes = 19

The font size of each text run in the layout section, and of text typed into form fields.

GlyphShapes = 20

The hash of the outlines each embedded font draws for its text (glyphs=), in the fonts section.

LineWidths = 21

The stroke width of each path and how its outline is drawn (dash pattern, ends, corners and miter limit), and each annotation's border style and width. Also a layout attribute's border style and thickness in the other-attributes= hash.

ImageContents = 22

The pixel size and hash of each image, and the hashes of the images each structure element draws.

LinkTargets = 23

Where links, bookmarks and other actions go: web addresses, files, action types and what they act on, destinations and the view a page opens at. A bookmark's page stays.

AnnotationContents = 24

The text of annotations, such as a comment or a link's description.

FormValues = 25

The value and default value of each form field.

Appearances = 26

The hash of how each annotation is drawn (appearance=), which changes with the appearance stream's own drawing (including its colors, line widths and a push button's caption) and with the forms, images and fonts it uses.
